I had a really really nice stay here, very good value for money. The food was astonishing, service was admirable and the view was magnificent. I slept so comfy in the large bed. The building itself was really beautiful with a small garden. The beach was lovely.

We had a just perfect experience staying here. Prime location, loved the authentic restaurant. A continental breakfast, it was nice hot. Workers were absolutely fantastic, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Early check-in & terrific service.

Very good value for money, a beautiful location. It was neat place, staff were very courteous, and I loved my comfy room. Scenic view, a spacious balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Amazing breakfast, AMAZING service. I found free internet in the reception. Besides, there was free parking outside.

above average breakfast, comfy bed, really accommodating staff. awesome location to a 51 - acre zoo. a double room with an incredible view, i had requested this in advance.

Nothing compares to Chequers. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Walking distance to Hartleys, where you can have lunch...

Worth its 4 stars. Came in Dalton in Furness to relax and have fun, this hotel was lovely base for doing it. Loved the pub nearby.
